INTERNATIONAL KIOSK SOLUTIONS Inc, (IKS) headquartered in Missoula, MT, signs License and Exclusive Software Distribution agreement with PILOTHOUSE Real Estate, Inc, (PilotHouse) headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. IKS grants exclusive rights to PilotHouse and its subsidiaries to distribute proprietary IKS software in British, Columbia, for a specific term in exchange for licensing fees and advertising royalties.

IKS software, developed and owned by IKS, is designed to operate on kiosks which, among other things, display information regarding wine, liquors and recommended food menus using an easy to use customer-interface which also displays directed advertising to the retail public. This exclusive right granted by IKS gives PilotHouse and its subsidiaries the right to use IKS Software for purposes of demonstrating the IKS Software to potential PilotHouse Clients; and the right to sell Licenses to IKS Software on an exclusive basis within British Columbia and a non-exclusive basis outside of British Columbia in accordance with terms and conditions set out in the Agreement.
